These draft terms require the operator’s legal identity, contact details, applicable jurisdiction and final commercial policies before public launch.

Your account and content

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and upload only content you have permission to use. Organizers are responsible for reviewing their event details and obtaining appropriate permission for guest communications.

Packages and publication

Public event access and QR generation require verified payment. The package shown at checkout determines purchased features and access duration. Existing purchased entitlements are preserved when packages change.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service for unlawful content, harassment, unauthorized communications, fraud or attempts to access another organizer’s information.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Content updates retain your QR. Replacing a QR may invalidate printed copies and requires confirmation. Refund eligibility, cancellation procedures and service availability commitments must be published before payments are enabled.
